What do you get when you connect a bunch of fabulous people (like you) who want to get strong?
We all get stronger, together.

The number one obstacle I run into with personal training clients is they want/need more accountability and coaching but can not afford to pay for one-on-one training three times a week.

I get it.  To be honest, that's not in my budget either but truth be told, I've been in a slump the last few months where I just want to show up and have someone TELL ME WHAT TO DO, challenge me, and *cough, cough* help me not skip out early on core work.  (Yes, even trainers feel this way from time to time!)

And if you're completely new (or just a little out of practice) stepping foot in the gym on your own can be intimidating for some.  I mean.....

How do I use the equipment?
How many reps?
How many sets?
How much weight?
How is my technique?

I get that too, I remember the first time I stepped foot in to 22nd Street Barbell.  Hello tattooed, big bearded men!  (They're all super great, trust me).

My friend and co-coach, Abbie Mork and I have a passion for helping women gain strength which is exactly why we wanted to start a local class just for women.

The class meets three times a week- Monday and Wednesday from 6:30pm- 7:30(-ish)  at newly expanded, 22nd Street Barbell (in the basement of Merle Hay Mall) with a minimum of four participants and maximum of 8.  With such small class sizes, Abbie and I will be sure to provide personalized coaching for less than the cost of one-on-one training 3x a week.

The cost of the class is $200 a month and includes a customized training plan, membership to 22nd Street Barbell, a training log, and unconditional motivation and support.

Plus, you'll get a chance to meet and bond with other women who share similar goals (to become a strong, confident super hero with buns of steel, right? Oh maybe that's MY goal ;) )  Trust us when we say that this atmosphere will prove to be safe, welcoming, and challenging.

Looking forward to hearing from you local ladies!  If you're interested fill out the form below and I'll get back to you ASAP!

xoxo, Annie
